Understanding the Chakra System in 4D Yoga

The 4D Torus field of our body, also known as the aura or the Sphere of Sensation in Hermetic teachings, plays a crucial role in our internal energy flow. The Vedic system introduces us to the concept of chakras, which are integral to understanding and harnessing this energy.

The term “chakra” translates to wheel and represents the points along the spine where energy is stored and transmitted. Each chakra is associated with specific organs and reflects our psychological, emotional, and spiritual state. It is believed that the spinning energy of the chakras, when blocked, can lead to various health issues.

Yogic practices like Kundalini Yoga and Chakra activation focus on working with these energy vortices to awaken the Kundalini energy. This energy rises from the base of the spine upwards through all chakras, culminating in a profound sense of bliss and a divine union upon reaching the crown.

While the chakras provide insight into the internal energy flow as it spirals upward, it’s crucial to acknowledge that the Torus field also expands around us and collapses back into ourselves. In 4D Yoga, we integrate both aspects of the Torus field to connect the internal chakra system with the external field. By doing so, we can enhance energy circulation and gain a deeper understanding of its impact on our life experiences.

Understanding the chakra system in the realm of 4D Yoga allows practitioners to tap into the intricate connection between internal and external energy flow, leading to profound insights and spiritual growth.
